SHOPPING, PRICES & CURRENCIES
In terms of payment, we accept credit cards: VISA and Mastercard, also Apple pay, Google pay and Paypal. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (Stripe). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions. Prices are stated in EUROS regardless of your destination country. Gounder offers a currency conversion service for informational purposes and for the foreign consumer to be aware of the conversion in their currency. Nevertheless purchases can only be made in EUROS, regardless of what country you choose your delivery to be made.
Shipping outside CEE:
We do ship wordwide, for all orders with delivery adress outside European Comunity , local fees and taxes may apply by your local customs depending on your choice of delivery.
SHIPPING
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 36 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number if you have chosen this option. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.We use Spanish Post domestic shipping and other carriers you can chosse in checkout process.

Below is an overview of tentative lead times for shipping our web shop orders, estimated from time of dispatch from our warehouse in Valencia, Spain. Note that the service(s) we use are not guaranteed lead times, so variations may apply, depending on how remote you live. In our experience most deliveries are done well within the lead times indicated below. To get the best overview, we ask you to track your package online as soon as you get the notification email from our logistics partner(s).
Spain & Europe: 2-4 working days free in orders over 50€
Rest of the world: 3-8 working days free in orders over 80€
Tracking your shipment
For bigger orders you’ll receive an e-mail and/or sms with your tracking number once the order has been shipped, and/or when it arrives at your local pick up destination.
RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund (except shipping cost) on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND HANGTAGS MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 4 to 6 businessdays after we received your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
